- Hello,
-
- I was thinking about writing a small Macintosh utility (or an external
- file system) so that I may read Amiga floppy disks on a Macintosh. I
- just need to know the structure of an Amiga floppy disk format (i.e.
- its sector size, number of sectors per disk, location and structure of
- catalog/directory and block allocation information, etc..). Would
- anyone know where I might find this information? Would it be in the
- ROM Kernal manuals, or is there an internet site I could access? Any
- information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

- PS: I know there are several alternatives to reading foreign file
- systems on the Amiga (I do use some of them) but for a matter of
- convenience, I would really like to read my [far too many] Amiga disks
- on my Mac as well.
